Payment Information: Payment card details and billing address. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store complete card numbers on our servers.
Creative Assets: Video files and creative content you upload for testing. See Section 4 for retention details.
Communications: Messages you send us via email or support channels.
Information Collected Automatically
Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, referring URLs, actions taken within the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Provide the Service: Process your creative assets, deliver test results, manage your account, and process payments.

Creative Assets: Retained for up to 2 years after your test completes to allow you to access results. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support@testmyadvertising.com.
Test Results: Retained for 2 years to allow you to reference historical tests.
Transaction Records: 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
Usage Data: Typically 2 years, then anonymized for long-term analytics.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest for sensitive data; secure cloud infrastructure with access controls; regular security assessments; PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through Stripe.
No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@testmyadvertising.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
